Each Autobert begins life as a vintage Tecalemit grease gun, reimagined into a sleek little chassis. Their V8 engines rumble with character, crafted from real helicopter engine bolts and springs. A pitot-tube connector becomes the exhaust, a tiny bulb glows as the front light, and a brass mantle-clock cog serves as the steering wheel, full of old-world precision.
They roll on 1-inch vintage brass Meccano wheels with tyres to match, giving them that punchy, retro sprint. Their drivers are tiny marvels themselves, pieced together from scrap treasures, from helicopter hydraulic connectors to sprayer nozzles, each one unique, each one full of personality.
