From a garage full of scrap… to a world full of wonder.
We didn’t set out to build a brand.
We set out to build hope, for ourselves, and for the next generation.
Weebert’s World began with a few bits of scrap in Andy’s garage and a scribbled story in my notebook. There was no plan, no pitch, and no product. Just a husband recovering from a breakdown, a wife who’d started writing again, and a grandchild who said they were bored.
So Andy made a robot.
I wrote a story.
And from that one little spark, Weebert was born.
Now, we’re dreaming big. And if Weebert’s World makes it onto children’s television (which we believe it will), here’s what it could grow into…
Weebert’s World could become a place that lives in homes, classrooms, storybooks and playrooms across the world, a creative children’s brand that’s as warm and characterful as the Berts themselves.
But it wouldn’t look or feel like every other children’s brand.
It would be more Wallace & Gromit meets Bagpuss than CGI and gloss, built by hand, full of story, and always with a twinkle in its eye.
Here’s the world we’re building:
Soft toys made from recycled plastic, shaped like Weebert, Tweebert, Digbert and more
Stitched to feel scrappy but loveable, like real friends with quirks and kindness
Designed to be hugged, carried, and proudly shown off at bedtime
Build-a-Bert kits from safe, recycled materials, encouraging hands-on creativity and problem-solving
Board games and card games like “Build a Bert”
Digital learning games that feel like play but gently teach critical thinking, emotions and early STEM skills
Duvets and cushions printed with the different Berts
Each one reminding children that something magical can be built from nothing
A bedtime world filled with stories, friendship, and the joy of making things up
Real scrap-built sets. Handcrafted characters.
Short, story-led episodes that blend fun, mischief and meaning
Gently introducing children to big ideas like problem-solving, feeling big feelings, and imagining boldly
Weebert’s World isn’t just about stories. It’s about sparking something in children especially the ones who don’t always see themselves in glossy cartoons or textbooks.
We want to:
Inspire the next generation of innovators, engineers, makers and dreamers
Show children that creativity and imagination are just as important as numbers and facts
Start early, not at secondary school, but right where it matters most: primary-aged children
We’re already visiting schools, helping children build their own Berts, exploring storytelling through scrap, and gently introducing STEM through play.
But we want to go bigger.
We’re open to partnering with forward-thinking organisations in engineering, sustainability, aviation and manufacturing who care about outreach.
Together, we can open doors early, helping children see exciting futures before someone tells them they’re too young or not the “type”.
Whether it’s through sponsored school kits, national programmes, or corporate partnerships, Weebert’s World has the heart, and now we’re looking for the hands to help build it further.
Because if it’s not fun, it won’t stick.
Children don’t engage because they’re told something’s educational, they engage because they feel curious, involved, and like they belong.
That’s what Weebert’s World is about.
Messy creativity.
Emotional storytelling.
Building from bits.
And learning through play, with fun always leading the way.
